class
Beginner (beg.)-
Recommended to students who are new to yoga, stiff, or individuals with mild, manageable injuries. Anyone can benefit from these classes, as it gives regular practitioners the time to explore in their own practice. Breathing exercises are taught and deep relaxation is at the end of sessions.


Beginner/Advanced beginner (b/ab) -
For individuals new to yoga, or those that have a practice, but are still learning, and want to get deeper into the poses. Highly recommended for anyone!


Advanced/Beginner
- individuals who have a practice, or that are very athletic or strong. We stay in the poses for a longer period of time- with breath and exploration. Movement in and out of poses is also practiced.

pilates

Pilates- Strengthening of the "core" muscles- shoulders, arms, abdominals, hips, back, buttocks, thighs and hamstrings.

Pilates yoga combo
- Pilates exercises with yogic stretches added. Very nice!


Lunar flow- lunar refers to the calming, slower-paced, internal poses that are appropriate for any time of day—especially when we are seeking a more soothing, relaxing practice.

Flow- A Vinyasa series of asanas (poses). This class is designed for students that know the alignment of the poses, and breath. It is quick and energizing. Great for athletes, and people with a strong personal practice. Not recommended for beginners.

Chair Yoga-sitting in chairs, and movement with breath. Great for rehabilitation, and stiff individuals. Breathing exercises and relaxation.
