The entrance is through the back of the building (middle door).

What to bring and wear:
   · Loose fitting clothing is recommended for comfortable, free movement.
   · Mats and props are provided, but feel free to bring your own.
   · Water bottle– no other liquids allowed.

Please remember shoes are left in the waiting area. No gum chewing.

No perfumes, or scented products, as we do clean breathing exercises.
