Parking and entrance is through the back of the building (right door).
What to bring and wear:
· Comfortable clothing is recommended for free movement. I recommend to women that wear t-shirts to have a tight tank under, or be able to tuck the shirt in.
· Mats and props are provided, but feel free to bring your own.
· Water bottle– no other liquids allowed.
Please remember shoes are left in the waiting area. No gum chewing.
No perfumes, or scented products, as we do clean breathing exercises.
