Total Body Workout


A blend of pilates, upper and lower body exercises with weights, rubber stands and/or rings.
This workout involves all of the muscles of the body.

I have developed this workout over the years and believe that it is something that everyone should add into their practice. It develops the strength and body awareness that one needs for any other physical activity that we do. Pilates and yoga help us to be more mindful of our body’s alignment and these exercises will help to strengthen them.
